The Utah County Parade of Homes starts on Friday, May 29th and runs for two weeks, until Saturday, June 13th. The Utah Valley Home Builders Association does a fantastic job organizing this event every year. (Below are 4 images from last years' parade)

Tickets are $10 each and can be purchased at the door of any parade home. A list of homes is available here. You can also buy tickets online here. The parade is closed Sunday's and Monday's. This year each ticket includes coupons to Seven Peaks and Trafalga.Even in this market, with so little new construction going on around the valley, the parade will include 27 homes. 12 of the homes have over 5,000 square feet. 3 homes have over 10,000 square feet.

Showcasing architecture, interior design & furnishings, landscape design, and all of the construction trades (flooring, cabinets, finish carpentry, countertops, etc), the Parades in Utah are second to none. www.UtahParade.com is the home page for every parade in the state (Utah has 8 parades), except the St. George Parade, which is held in February (www.paradehome.com). My personal favorite parade is in Park City, held around Labor Day.

Take the opportunity to tour these incredible new homes and gather ideas for your new dream home or ways to update and remodel your current home.
