A proven innovator with over 14 years of business development and ownership experience, Mr. Brown is respected for his leadership and vision in developing new businesses, growing existing businesses, and having the ability to create new opportunities for growth in existing markets. David created, operated and owns a very successful construction sales business. He forged relationships with some of the most respected contractors in Utah, Wyoming, Idaho and some of the largest construction product distribution companies in the United States. David exceeded industry standards by growing his business by an average of 24% per year. In five short years, company sales exceeding 5 million dollars annually. In 2004, David turned over the daily operations to his employee’s.
With his brother, Justin, David started one of our sister companies, Lake City Custom Homes, Inc. They specialized in building truly “custom” homes, including 2 award-winning homes that were showcased in the Salt Lake City Parade of Homes. Entrepreneurial by nature, Mr. Brown also has the unique ability to manage startups and the insight to effectively turn around stagnant projects in decline. Over the past 14 years, he has utilized his unique talents and creative marketing abilities to help his businesses set and achieve big goals. He has increased sales, expanded market share, reduced costs, and streamlined operations in a wide range of situations. Mr. Brown is a business management professional. He possesses richly varied experience and has consistently met and exceeded company objectives by achieving double-digit gains in revenue and profits. He has been successful in developing small regional businesses, creating innovative advertising, and expanding into new industries and new markets. With a broad sales background and an excellent ability to manage and influence people, Mr. Brown is a highly skilled addition to the company.
