Mr. Jason Yeats
Jason graduated with a B.S. in Finance from the David Eccles School of Business at the University of Utah. His core emphasis was in Investment Banking and Real Estate. He later earned a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) degree, also from the University of Utah. During college Jason started several successful small companies to pay for school. In his early professional career Jason worked for 10 years at first as an Accounting Controller, and then moving into a Marketing Director role. From there he became the Vice President of Marketing & Product Development for an international firm. In these roles Jason managed millions of dollars, led a large staff from more than 10 departments, and helped grow the business by more than 20 fold. His vast experience in negotiating, dealing with clients and suppliers, and creating value for Shareholders finds real relevance at Lake City Capital.
Jason is unique in that his creative advertising & marketing background is complimented by a strict financial & accounting foundation. Due to this professional experience in a multi-national environment, Jason is exceptionally skilled at finding opportunities in diverse locations and negotiating the acquisition of these assets resulting in favorable terms for our Shareholders. He is passionate about real estate and creating value in this industry. Returning to his roots as an entrepreneur, he co-founded Lake City Enterprises, parent company of Lake City Capital. Bringing extensive experience and contacts from several industries, Jason’s blend of creativity and strict financial analytics combine to create value for Lake City Capital. He earned his MBA from the University of Utah. Jason is Vice-President of Acquisitions and is a founding Member of Lake City Capital.
